i'm facing the same issue on my Sony X7000E tv. both tv, laptop & phone connected to my router. tv youtube extremely slow but laptop & phone youtube play fine. it's not ipv6 issue because it is disabled on the router. i 've restarted the network, reset tv to default, but problem remains.
