Hi yall, anybody upgraded from Unifi 100mbps to 300mbps + free mesh wifi? Does it need technician for installation?

Just done the installation today.

1st router connected to fibre modem at 1st floor: 300mbps
2nd router at ground floor: 190mbps~

I did the speedtest using the fast.com on phone.
I even reconnect my phone wifi when moved to ground floor.

Is the speed considered ok?
