Maybe you just can relocate the unifi to an adress which doesnt have any unifi/streamyx,then you can terminate without penalty? At least mine on last year when i relocated to an adress which doesnt have any coverage, TMPoint immediately inform me to terminate my unifi without any penalty. You just need to settle 1 month bill iirc

From my experience, i just gave them the new to be relocated address only. At worst they will ask you for the TNB bills/water bills for the address iirc

Just keep pestering them boss. Like me, reported an accident caused one unifi pole completely broken on 1.30AM on Saturday, I kept livechatting them every hour, then they installed a new pole on 4PM same day. Next Sunday, i had to pester them on installing new fiber wire that snapped until they installed it around 5PM on Sunday.

Just keep spamming the bro. I kept spamming calls and livechat etc. In the end it get resolved around 1 day 13 hours. If we kept on quiet side, they will drag it until it takes too long. In my case, I told them to remark the report to urgent restoration and I added remarks that my brothers have online final exam. Maybe It can help a bit. 5 days is too damn long already
