129 for 100mbps only... now people are mostly asking 129 for 300mbps.

Just signup my "SWU" package today from 100Mbps to 300Mbps, mean SWU promo still on going.

My first try on December 2021 was rejected as I still under contract, my contract end in 15 Jan 2022, than today try apply again and success enrol.

I keep mention I want free call 600 minute and the staff told me if got request than will give for free, else it will remove from our package and left only 300Mbps basic internet. But the staff unable show me actual for proven only tell me wait and it will reflect on your next month billing.

Anyone who also got get free call 600 minute mind to share…

ya, agree with u that why the staff unable confirm and ask us wait till next month billing, and when next billing it might just without any free call and we unable complaint to any authority as we had no black and white.

This morning TM installer calling upgrade installment for my SWU 300Mbps, I request the installer confirm does my upgrade include (free voice STD20), but the installer unable to check.

Than I call 100 to confirm and getting answer my upgrade was included the free voice STD20 , so who wan free voice STD20 try just ask for it. who know after next few month we can ask removed the free voice STD20 since it was addon services which cost RM20.

try call 100 to confirm, or let wait next month billing, maybe 100 TM CS cheat me too. than I might pay RM0.2 per minute call rate.

If got maybe next few month we can ask removed STD20 and save RM20 ; 300mbps become RM109. the phone line just standby for my parent chit chat with relatives. remember last time just the land line rent cost me RM25 per month I also been use it for 10-15 years.

No, I never plan to cancel my STD20 as my parent got use it, I just give a picture for who do not need the STD20 bit can still request add on SWU and who know it might able removed it..

not say they are stupid, maybe when policy still unclear and the CS might wrongly removed it, as i remember previously one of my friend success removed the Ultimate TV Pack from him account during the turbo up promo . and now still continue enjoy 159 for 800mbps + STD20.

walk in TM point always can terminate on the spot, even u opt for online termination and serve 30 days notice you also need to walk in TM point return the BTU unit.

u are lucky get offer via phone call, we all here mostly need walk in to TM point to apply.

my case was next working day... I go TM point at 17 Jan and 18 Jan are public holiday@Thaipusam... tm installer come pass me the FibreHome router on 19 Jan 2022 and the speed up after installer done some configuration.

My billing was out, and confirm got free voice STD20... who need free call services can try to ask as what I been told by the TM point staff if customer got request STD20 their might just add for u for free.

that y TM got many different package to cheat us... 119 also cheap from current 129 package for 100mbps, no really need that much speed.
