Usually settled within 24 hours. Do you get report number? Please ask the reference number in case you need to refer back. Happen to my house twice but Unifi sms alerted me before I found out and asked me to check if internet connection down. Twice I not at home. I just replied sms and they came next day morning settled the mess up cables at outside box which suspected messed up by "someone".

I believe his comment is more to the last mild infra. Like if your port is taken or your fibre cable break, maxis will need to liaise with TM and TM will take their sweet time to fix the problem as they prioritise unifi users.

No,I didn't get any report number even I already requested it.They say that they will send me sms,but nothing till today.

Oh,I check it in the unifi app.And it says the case is failed.What does that mean?

Ya, saya just call, they asked for marketing agent name or agent id or phone number,
So cant answer, tapi the CS help to open report to marketing for me. If within 3 hari no call, then im not eligible

Im in 30mb vdsl

so if seller employs preferential pricing, it then justify customers' employing lies to get better deal?

i don't agree with how TM treats us, but to see adults using mistreatment to justify "rights" to lie.... wow.... no difference from the robbers and corrupted as they also think the world is unfair to them.


and to see even have other ktards liking your statement. WOW.
