But come to think of it, if those other provider have very huge user base, they have also to have a better agreement in terms of infra maintenance with TM. If you register for Maxis on TM infra, they'll come in 2 groups
1st, Unifi technician to install the ONU
After it is done, Maxis technician come to install router
In my case, Unifi technician gave me his personal number after installing ONU (a sticker on my onu)
Told me if anything happen on their side (before router), call him first
You cant call TM directly as they wont entertain you, since you are not their direct customer
Who knows I got to call him just hours after the installation as he didn't fuse the fibers together correctly
