my ping was 5-7ms, maybe you can try restart your router to get new ip and see whether the issue is there again.

10.55 is mask IPs from their network, every ISP network will also have such IPs

I did restart both the BTU and Asus router a few times and still the same issue. I am connected via WiFi 5G and was literally beside the router and still gotten over 100ms ping. Speedtest was terrible as well. Gosh...

how about you trying via LAN cable? if the issue still persist it gonna be TM issue on your area.

Those trace route results I shared, I did the test within the ASUS router itself.

Whole taman in RK 6 Rasah Kemayan, Seremban is having UniFi outage. Same applies to Maxis Fibre, since around 7.00 p.m. Expected to be rectified by 11.46 p.m. later.

Seems like the Battlenet/Ubisoft issues have been resolved on my end.
Able to connect without any problems now, can anyone else confirm?

Ping seems still higher than normal so far but playable.
Hopefully it will go down and not up and not get worse

Anyone knows FDP is the black or the white box? Contractor came and said they just added new ports, but I'm not seeing any new box

new ports are added to existing FDP by using the splitter method

Hello, does anyone know if you can get cheaper than RM159 for 300mbps? I installed unifi 100mbps 2 weeks ago.

I called 100 and they said i can get the loyalty bonus with mesh for 159, but need to wait another 2 weeks since my account is new. Is it possible to remove the call thing since i dont use landline phone anymore?

You can't remove the Voice Plan, since it's free. After all, you just subscribed to Unifi 2 weeks ago, so it's quite impossible to get a 300mbps plan under RM159

Folks im currently btu lucent i240g, I’ve notice my internet got cut off, tried to reboot the btu several times but only the Lan1 light is on only.

Is it a sign that my btu is broken?
If it’s broken should i buy a replacement on my own or call TM for replacement, also how much do they charge?

You are not the only one. My link is down too like 20 minutes ago. I suspect there is an outage due to the upgrading in Selangor area.

No. You should have sign up for Maxis 300mbps at 149 or Celcom 300mbps around the same price.
