hello guys! anybody notice their internet feeling slower in general? more specifically in my youtube, videos load fine even in 4k, but when scrolling comments, the profile pictures of those comments load extremely slow, sometimes not loading at all. is this normal?

Guys is there something still going on with Unifi and YouTube or is this a YouTube problem? I’m trying to play this video https://youtu.be/AeQ7BpgZWKo and it is newly uploaded. I can play at 1080p 60 with connections speeds of up to 300mbps in the stats. The second I set to 2160 60p it buffers like crazy and net activity drops to like 64kbps

I’m using 11 pro max btw, and have watched other 2160 60p videos before no problem

Anybody having same issue ?

Found another problem in another video, this time in 1080p.

When seeking this video https://youtu.be/GU-OdOqpSH4 using the YouTube mobile app, it works for a while and then stops loading and gets stuck at 64kbps too. So very weird hahhaa why does seeking stop video loading ?

Twitter searches are also loading horribly slow, and the error sorry please try again keeps popping up when using browser

ping is constant around 9ms

very stable

fortnite also around 70ms

gta 5 also okay

Hello everyone! Today for the first time my YouTube is starting to suffer on mobile and tv too. Connection speeds to YouTube are around 300kbps while Speedtest to local servers still 800mbps

Is anyone having issues with YouTube too? Ipv6 didn’t seem to do anything, still lags extensively

Thumbnails and profile pictures are not loading now too

Already reported to that mr karpal Singh ex department (forgot name lol) but still no news from them or tm

youtube seems to be back up to normal after a reset. videos still buffer but not as much

Thank you very much! I also wanted to ask, for a few months already I’m noticing that periodically profile pictures on YouTube and YouTube comments take forever to load for some people

This happens no matter the dns or ipv6 enabled in my place. Even worse at night when some don’t ever load.

I saw your pings to a YouTube profile picture server seem very low with no spikes, so what could be the possible reason for this issue I am facing ?

Speedtests and everything seem fine, YouTube 4K can play also, but it’s weird to see the video play and the profile pictures surrounding the video fail to load properly

Anybody else experiencing this issue too? Sometimes need to scroll down the comments a bit fast to find ones that won’t load 😂😂

Hello! Yes I did change dns in dchp server of my router to google dns. Problem was much worse with cloud flare

Here is my ping to the ip you sent, seems normal but weird the profile pictures have issues. Will check later during peak period too

Also, I noticed the pinging my modem, or the second line on the ping plotter has spikes sometimes (the 175.xx) could this be an issue with me connecting through a network switch ? Or I this already out of my network?

Hello, yes I did enable and try ipv6 but it made no difference so I turned it off 😢
