OK there is big different between these 2 box.

White box using dedicated separated line, which is not affected I guess, at least for me I always used to watch from 6pm till midnight 2am, watching Italy Serie A, F1, some chinese movies everything is smooth.

For Black box, sorry then, its use same internet line and I cannot said this is a issue.

For my understanding, IPTV its best to use dedicated line rather than shared internet line. Those old subscriber will remain to have dedicated line, those new subscriber no luck.

Dear all,

The current house that I'm in already has a unifi.
Now, someone in the house decided to get a new additional one as he does not want to share.

Would it be possible?
And are there any cons to it?
Specifically on the existing unifi?

Thank you.

Hi, is it fair to say that the mesh m4 is pretty much useless if you are living in a double story home?

Base on what i've read is that in order to have full utilization of speed, both mesh has to be in close to 5meter apart with no line of obstruction.

Also tried it at my house, where the mesh main mesh is upstairs (able to get close to 300mbps) but downstairs I can barely get 100mpbs.

So is it fair to say that the mesh provided free for the higher package is useless?

For best performance and stability, just go for wiring. Just need to do cabling management.

Welp, looks like my 100mbps now assigned with private ip.
Can no longer access portforwarded service
Is the 300mbps rm159 still up? Think gonna need to upgrade to this one

Any limitation to zero tier?
I’m used to using nginx proxy to access mutiple service I’m running at home

I'm not sure about the limitation, you may refer manufacturer documentation, you can try Mikrotik Router.
