Not that easy
you must have an ID and password for the OLT in the area, which ID can only be accessed by technicians.
*
Im not sure about IDs but i already bought two different ONUs ie Nokia, Fiberhome to replace my Huawei modem and i just input ONU password and then PON us connected well. Might as well try for rm50 below rather than giving rm530 to tm lol. Anyone wants to borrow my spare modem can inform me. I got ONU password from installer when my internet installed

kek.... what does it mean "18% above average users subscribing to same plans"?  PLANS with an 'S'. How many 500Mbps does Unifi have?
Or is this just above average ALL PLANS not just 500Mbps?
How can smart tv Viu-ing 3hrs every night considered heavy?
*
Mine is 300Mbps plan lol. 2000 percent lol

If only Power and LAN1, is light ON the modem fibre.
No light at all at PON.

What's the issues?

What modem is it? Got flashing red LOS? Mostly likely if PON led is not lighted up, youre not connected to unifi PON network

If the fiber port is connected properly, its either TM is doing maintenance or service disruption is happening or you have cable cut on your fiber. First thing would be report to 100 or live chat. One weakness of Nokia modem is they dont have LOS led

Can you share what is the best fibre optic cable to be used for unifi? I am planning to buy my own cable for in house wiring. External fiber cable, as I see they are black in color.

Usually drop IB indoor. White colour jacket with blue core is preferred. Assuming you are going to do the wiring yourself, you already have the required tools to install the cable and connector ie splicer, at least cleaver tool set?
