ah that makes sense lol, since in pj 175.xx seems to behave better than 110.xx or 210.xx at times but I chalked it off as placebo

You can upgrade without penalty. Contract renew for 24 month.

Hi all... My power went down and when it came back up I cannot seem to be able to connect to the internet.

When logging into my router (ASUS RT-86U) it shows that in the Internet status box: The network cable is unplugged. However I can see that it is plugged in.

On the TM provided ONU - only the power light is blinking - all other lights are off (POTS, ALARM, UPDATE, LAN, OPTICAL).

Is this a TM problem? Thank you.

If onu got one light, probably problem is from outside. Try restart onu first

Seems modem adapter issue. You can take another adapter same voltage and power up your modem test see see.

Anyone using the ZTE ZXHN F620 ONT here? It seems to have the least complaints after the Huawei set and has one of the nicest and user friendly GUI among all the other models offered by TM.

How is the performance? If you're coming from 4G modems, its interface is very familiar to many.

Many telcos in Malaysia especially the mobile segment is using ZTE equipment.
DiGi and uMobile are among them. Maxis MiFi sets and USB dongles are also ZTE branded?

I dc earlier also want to change from that ip range

For now, i easily can get all of unifi ipaddr range in list, even 202.x can get. Maybe new port at new area. Last time at old place, gombak also but diamond square area only 2 ipaddr range. 210.x and 60.x

Now ok la, can choose which one is good. But 175.x at Gombak Setia quite bad. Even my kids gaming also laggy with this ipaddr range. Others are smooth.

Anyone notice the ping to the PPPOE gateway spiking during night time 8PM+ - 10PM+ ?

My usual ping stable 1ms-3ms but I notice today it's 1ms-35ms jumping up and down random numbers. Speedtest is fine & IPTV fine just the ping is super crazy.

Is it TM's gateway or interchange issue?

Good idea. Now is cmco in my state. Can drag out the scheduled installation date and then cancel. My Taman is an old residential area over 40 years old and has less than 60 houses. Majority of the residents are retirees. So I am not worried about not enough ports to be allocated. I took a closer look at the new FDP in black enclosure, it's from fiberhome brand and has 16 ports output. I counted 5 FDP on the poles in my Taman. Anyone knows how much ports is available from one FDP for use?
*
Good that you already have the FDP
Take the picture of the FDP with clearly seen the wording on it and give it to the tmpoint staff when applying.
If they take very long time to respond, can use aduan skmm to expedite.
Usually they open 8 ports first, when full subscribe then only they open remainder 8 ports

Went TM Point authorised dealer in my district yesterday, showed the staff the pictures of the FDP with the ID number and house address. After checking with their system database, the staff told me the port in my Taman is not in the database yet. She then asked me to register first and then TM will contact me when they are ready to install.
