(PSTH) Pershing Square Tontine Holdings is the largest SPAC ever listed on US stock exchange, headed by Bill Ackman.

Don't see much of this mentioned here, thought it'd be a great idea to have a thread for it for discussion among holders/potential investors. Anyone bought into this already? Personally opened a short put position on their commons

I have been following Bill Ackman on and off for many years. He has generally been losing $ for many years although he did well to spot covid this time around. Wouldn't dare to trust him with my $

I think theres few more big name pledging around USD 3b if and when the potential unicorn are confirmed
