I would say the most adjustable chair would be best for the both of you due to the difference in your body stature. I can't say for the ones you're looking into because I've never studies those models.
How about the recline system? Multi angle or just 3 or 4 angle. Most office chair have 3 or 4 angle. The problem of office chair is from first angle to second angle are too far away. I think it's still in your budget(?)
