Any owners of Gesture or Aeron, can i get your review on the seat temperature?
Does it feel hot in Gesture? Aeron i think very windy and ur buttock can feel the wind

AD has a reputation to care for, because if you make enough complaints to Herman Miller, they could lose their rights to be the AD too.
Edit: I did however book a Atlas Headrest from the Boan seller as Trax doesn’t bring in I think. I did ask but they said to order ourselves or something like that. Now waiting for the chair swap and headrest to arrive. Haha!

Can share some stories about it?
Steelcase Leap & Gesture is my final consideration, i'm currently asking ZenPro how much is it to have 3D Knit material for upholstery while the rest are default. I'm not aware there are other companies that i can inquire pricing about.

Your comments made me think i should check for alternative prices. Can you share to me who you end up purchasing with?

when i click on "Find a Dealer" at https://www.steelcase.com/asia-en/ i can only see ZenPro as Authorized Dealer, EBIBCA is not in it.

So is EBIBCA an authorized dealer or a reseller?
also, does EBIBCA serve customised order?

Why not let others shed some light of personal encounters to both parties? Even if the feedbacks are biased, it's still one version of story that we can judge ourselves whether which side we are taking. If both are bad, we just have to steer away from buying steelcase brands. 12 years is a long time and a "long relationship: to maintain.
