Thanks for sharing James
I was about to buy DT330 from Alterseat; but when I try to check out, the system prompt that they do not deliver to Kuantan. So I stopped at that.
DT-330 is their signature product.

I was lucky that my company give me Merryfair Anggun as Christmas gift.

I love the mesh for the back.I dont feel hot even though my room only has fan.The build is great. But the lumbar support cant be locked. that was my only complaint.
*
I read the manual for Merryfair Anggun: it says the Lumbar is adjustable 80mm height range.
When you say can't be locked, what do you mean? Is it a problem?

I bought the dt330 prime and been using for 1 week now.

The chair is a huge upgrade from my previous:

The seat is nice and firm. No aches sitting on this chair compared to my old chair which is hard and uncomfortable as the seat has sunken after years of use.

The class 4 gas lift really feels high quality. Im more supported when adjusting the chair height and it is easy to make tiny adjustments compared to my old chair - i will fall harshly and immediately as i pull the height adjust lever.

Rollers quality is good and silent. Feels easy to push around the chair without the wheels stuck and sliding on the floor.

1 quirk i was impressed by is how the seat will tilt along with the back of the chair. But you can only lock the back tilt at 2 preset angles. So it doesnt matter where you lean back and lock, it will only lock at 2 places.

What im not happy about is the QC of the chair more specifically the symmetry of the back rest and arm rests. The left arm rest is attached further infront compared to the right armrest. The back is also installed at a slightly off angle.

The right arm rest for my chair is wobbly compared to the left and i wish it is made from softer material.

Overall i give this chair a 7/10

But the picture from shoppee cannot be DT-330 PRIME. DT-330 PRIME from the ALTERSEAT costs around RM660. But the features look the same and the price at RM2XX, hope can last long.

OK Guys I just received my ANGGUN egornomic chair from Merryfair.
I added RM50/- for optional base of diecast alluminium alloy material.
1. The chair looks nice and solid.
2. The adjustable lumbar looks and feels good. So far, no issue.
3. The adjustable hand rest for the updown movement looks cheapo. This is because I have used a better adjustable arm rest chairs in office. But, this is not an issue to me, because I seldom play with this arm rest setting once set up.
4. Overall it is worth my money.
No regrets. I think it is a reliable chair, we shall see.
5. Aftersales support and communication is great.
Once order confirmed, they will communicate with you on whatsapp.
Very fast and responsible response.

I am 165cm, and I bought the high-back version.
Total damage: RM628/= (Inclusive delivery - from KL - Ktn )

Hi, does it come assembled? Or need to assemble yourself? Once you order how long it took to ship to your place? I'm personally interested in Reya.

Also somewhat off-topic, but how do you guys dispose unwanted office chairs?
*
They are using J&T delivery.
Overall I think delivery is efficient.
I think it will take around 1 week to process order. And 2 or 3 days shipping.
The moment your order is confirmed.
They will whatsapps to you.
Any problems can whatsapps.
Very good response and very helpful.

It is partially assembled.
Arrived in a box.
Just need to assemble the gaslift to the base and put the whole chair on top of the gas lift.
It is easy peasy.

Normally, our MPK here does collect big item.
Chaeck with your municipal routine.

Hi, also in the market for task chair.
Months before , i sent inquiries to Merryfair asking about Fulkrum. Now on their website Fulkrum was shown as the new version, that use polypropylene material. I've once saw the old Fulkrum using aluminum backbone as support. Turns out they do have that version, it's just that you have to specifically ask about it.
I had a bad experience with chairs using polypro/nylon. Already broke my AMOffice xg40 chair in less than 6 month.

My question to the guy who bought The Anggun, is the back lower link made from nylon or got metal join in it?

Right now im back using my midback Haworth Look , a very old one. But have metal link between mech and the backrest. Super strong support that one.

Im a 6 footer.

For the lumbar support back: I do not see any metal component.
It looks and feel plastic.
But in front is padded.
