Any good recommendation for office/ergonomic chair for WFH? I am doing my research when I stumbled onto this thread. I am looking into Alterseat and Ergohuman. I will visit their showroom this weekend but before that any chair model recommendation?

- Dont need headrest ( will uninstall if it come with one)
- handrest height adjustment is minimum
- seatrest adjustment dont need
- lumbar support (prefer flexible like hammock/reya)
- budget 0-1.5k

1) Niture Hammock Pro
Anyone know if the flexible backrest will be too much leanback/freeplay/wobble if seat straight?
Because it doesnt have stiff adjustment(only auto detect based on weight)

2) Merryfair Reya
Does the flexible TPE comfortable for long hours? It doesnt come with some fabric on backrest only on the seat.

3) Sihoo v1
Does the build quality ok? Or just get the M57 or m18 or m16

How much is local distributor selling?

Using big pay will be around 905 MYR, if more ppl to share shipping fee then would be cheaper

Got it thank you! You can also get the headrest from BOAN furniture. I was quoted 760 for the cushion headrest from the local distributor. Think that’s significantly cheaper but takes longer to deliver as they need to get it from Atlas.

Got my Anggun from Merryfair. Will take some get time to get use to. As compared to my ikea, the cushion is flat. i would have preferred it if the side is curve so it wraps your bump around. Now i feel i am like sliding down.

Other than that, the hand rest is a little stiff.

Cushion a little on the firm side.

The depth adjustment has a spring to pull the cushion back. i guess the locking mechanism is not that great. still creaking if you push hard enough

overall for RM560, its ok. also got a free stool. hope i am not too critical on a RM5xx chair

Anyone tried a brand called Space My? Been getting a lot ads for it but no review about it.

I bought AMOffice chair also but no so good. What did you do with the AMOffice chair?

Well, I made complaints against them after one day of sitting and experienced back pain and see some bruises on my back from the so called lumbar support? I made noises until they accepted to take the chair back and refund.

So I finally bought one chair, low budget wan lah cause can’t afford to spend beribu-ribu for one.
Found this chair at Taobao but bought from Shopee instead because easier and faster. Price is the same after factoring in the cost of shipping.
Brand is Xige. This company supposed to be listed in NASDAQ so hopefully got quality sikit and not some unknown.
Cost Rm539 only. Overall pretty comfy with the thick cushion and adjustable lumbar support. Back is mesh type.

that's a Sihoo M57, which you can get from Shopee for slightly lesser

Bought one for myself last week and am really happy with the comfort and quality after being recommended through a close friend. For that price they provide 4 years 1 to 1 warranty which I feel its very worthwhile, got RM100 OFF too from their promo.
