Bruh, shipping, customs, is a pain ! If Malaysia is more transparent in their "Customs" it'll be less of a problem I think. I heard they charge according to using their own price sometimes.

I found something to complain about the Herman Miller chair, it’s not good for leisure when I just wanna relax at night and watch show on my PC. Thinking to get an extra lounge/lazy chair. Any recommendations? Or just go for ikea’s?

I feel that it's the same with Embody. Cause Herman Miller doesn't really let you lounge or lock in a recline position.

Anyone uses HM Sayl here? Tried one recently n really enjoyed it, more than the HM Aeron which i've tried before. Mainly due to its wider-back compared to Aeron which tries to fit to body..

yea, tried a few chairs but got attracted by Sayl's comfort..

Havent had the chance to try embody yet, time to look out for one!

Ya, thats the thing - Sayl is actually more comfortable than the usual Aerons we been seeing in opis.. thats y it took me by surprise n now thinking of getting one for own use.
I like the Sayl for being more 'settled' as compared to the creaks/cracks during movements which u highlighted earlier..

this is very interesting, given Sayl is the less-famous chair of HM

In the end, i grabbed the Sayl cos of the 'flat and wide' back... i dun look at others anymore, so to avoid any more regrets, lol...

Hey there, I am close to 1.9m and my lower back hurts from time to time due to posture, on laptop most of the time due to work (facing downwards to screen).

Contemplating to get ergohuman. But the price point of 2k is kinda steep for a chair. Tested it in a showroom for less than 5 minutes and it seems to be adequate support on the lower back. Pofit is a no go as the headrest doesn't fit my height.

Yet to try out alterseat, wau and other models before finalizing my choice.

Does anyone within my height range manage to resolve/minimize the lower back discomfort with an ergonomic chair?

Anyone using okamura contessa and also HM aeron? Not sure which more suitable and comfortable for gaming and watch movie...im WFH too, but not really need to always 100％ focus since im a stock trader...i tried both on trax and xtrax the garden, but i feel like both also almost same for me is comfortable, but i just sit.for 10-15min..both also syok. I just checked alot souce say that AERON is a WORK chair. Im intersted on aeron 12 years warranty, okamura just 5 years, so abit worry about the durabilty of contessa..and also i found that that is very less review on okamura chair too. What i like about the  contessa is can lock the recline, so maybe i can feel more chill when watching movie?

Anyone have the Haworth Fern and JM Embody? Trying to compare the two and leaning towards the Fern cos cheaper and looks aesthetically nicer. BTOD also put them in the S-tier ranking for 2023

Very cool! Do you mind sharing the price and where you tested HM chair? Is it TRAX in KL? I'm considering between regular embody, regular embody and fern.. Fern is like 3x cheaper when on discount. hahaha
