Relocating Pet from West To East Malaysia

Hi guys I have been checking on the forum for any tips or advice regarding pet relocation procedure, but it been a while since it lasts updated.
Anyway, I wanted to transport my 2 furry bois(cat) back to my hometown at Kuching. Currently, we are staying at KL. I have been trying to call PetAir regarding the matter but was answer with silence and no reply. What is the procedure to transport my pet interstate especially from west to east? |
