China jiken mana?

Your Elba hood was most likely manufactured by a factory in China using components that would most likely be found in a Midea hood.

They started out by making a very good kitchen hood, in their early years it was the most effective and powerful as it was designed mainly for a Chinese kitchen. They did a good job but the build quality of their early hoods were not the best and they were certainly very noisy especially after a few months. It was however relatively affordable for a good kitchen hood. My aunt still has one of their first few that was sold here and is now 18 years old, still works as it did despite being mounted in a wet kitchen.

Today their hoods are good because their high end one is less expensive than a Bosch, Teka or Electrolux, has better suction power and effectiveness, lower power consumption and if you follow their ducting specification it would be one of the most quiet hoods you have heard, the secret to its effectiveness is a very powerful DC motor which they are a pioneer in.




They are most well known for their kitchen hoods but now their ovens and microwave ovens are good too, not cheap mind.

Depends on what you can afford. Many are good but most likely you would not be able to afford them.

Meanwhile, Malaysia has nothing

Anyhow i know many components inside are china mari. But we are talking solely on brands here as per TS topic. Xiaomi, Skyworth, Midea etc. I do not own any of these brands items currently.

What to expect ?
In China, life as peasant is hard, you have to work hard to succeed, as a result, produce many entreprenuers
Boleh land ? no opportunity for entreprenuers, all their hard work evaporated due to vroom vroom and monopolized by certain very well cable businesspeople.
So they migrate out of bolehland and do better.
Bolehland think is good riddance, but we lost revenue and employment generators to the country

you need to highly selective when buying china made products . even from the top brand s.
they haven t reach the Quality standards like a Jap brand.
if you work in a jap and chinese manufacturing plant you will know.

its cheap for a reason ... use of sub standard components. and exported to poorer countries to keep price low. .

My electric kettle also is "Khind" brand , it has been serving me well for 5 years now

Their product design not attractive. Pretty like China cheap brand.

Not expensive. Saw their factory somewhere in kuala selangor side.

The last thing I have with this brand is steamer.
