Teladan Setia’s IPO exercise entails a public issue of 161.060 million new shares and an offer for sale of 40.800 million existing shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

Of the total 161.060 million new shares; 40.265 million will be allocated to the Malaysian public via balloting; 10.469 million shares to eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of the group; 29.796 million shares will be offered via private placement to selected investors.

Meanwhile, the remaining 80.530 million new shares will be placed out to Bumiputera investors approved by the International Trade and Industry Ministry.

M&A Securities is the adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO exercise.

Teladan Setia is a Malacca-based property developer, with completed projects worth RM2.1 billion in gross development value as of Nov 30, 2019. It currently has four ongoing projects namely, Taman Desa Bertam (Phase 1C), Taman Belimbing Setia, Taman Bertam Setia and Bali Residences.

It has earmarked part of its gross proceeds from its initial public offering (IPO) to acquire landbank in either Malacca or the Klang Valley for future development.

The group has already selected four pieces of land in Tanjong Minyak, Malacca measuring 37.7 acres as it is located next to its completed, ongoing and future projects.

“Subject to future property market conditions, we intend to develop landed houses on this newly acquired land,” it said.

The rest of the proceeds from the IPO will go towards working capital, repayment of bank borrowings and the defrayment of bank borrowings.

For the financial period ended June 30, 2019, the group recorded a net profit of RM21.05 million, on revenue of 120.4 million.

Teladan Setia’s substantial shareholders are Teo Lay Ban (52%), Teo Lay Lee (16%), Teo Siew May (16%) and Wan Lei Chin (16%)

Teladan Setia said it plans to be listed by March next year (2021).

with vaccine starting tomorrow...now M'sia especially & world on recovery process....BETTER AHEAD

after all stock movement is influenced by 6 months - 1 year things ahead .

with IPO MANIA- IPO FEVER >> all IPO - are fantastic

the rule of thumb for IPO is the IPO Market sentiment.. .

if the IPO sentiment is BAD - what ever superb the company is , the IPO will go to drain

on the other hand IF THE IPO SENTIMENT IS FANTASTIC LIKE NOW >> ALL IPO

how do you guys apply IPO ? i didnt see any option to do that in my platform

ATM, online banking, etc. easiest

if you wanna apply using physical form also can, just print out from the prospectus and the send it to the share registrar.

Always expect the unexpected.. last time Lotte chemical everyone was disappoinred then most avoided Mr DIY
