hmm iirc i crash everytime cutscene need to skipped if lucky can skip

That is sort of a generic DX12 crash many faced, from low end to high end card, if unlucky it occurs on your system. Didn't heard of any solid concrete fixes, but at least try to get latest driver or something.
Personally finished the game with only 1 crash on a RX580 8GB. Is that 1050 ony have 2GB vram? The game uses around 4GB actually, not as high as other modern games these days, but still higher than that card's capacity. Make sure your system isn't ran out of memory and causing the crash - increase your virtual memory a bit more, you wanna slam 20GB for it also not a problem actually, if you have the space to spare. (game will use system ram as vram if insufficient) There is also a DLL hacks which allows DS to run on non-DX12-feature supported GPU (1050 is fine, it support hardware level dx12), skeptical of course, but you can read around about that see if it can deal with such DX12 error.
