Having issue connecting to Yahoo and mails these couple of days with Unifi. Didn't have any issue before this.

I've verified this issue is not present with Maxis broadband.

Anyone having the same issue?

Nah, it's not DNS issue. I'm already using Cloudflare.

I've checked my edgerouter config, I can't find anything wrong with it since it has been working fine until 2 days ago.

Right now, mobile devices are connecting to Yahoo fine, but not my Mac.

I guess it is just like Unifi ipv6 issue. ipv6 has been spotty for me albeit currently working. I guess I'll have to wait a few days to see if my Mac is connecting fine to Yahoo.

UPDATE: disabling ipv6 on edgerouter solves the connection issue.

Yes, early last week, my solution was to turn off IPv6 either at the router or in adapter properties. That was at the office.

Just tried again, at home, and it's working fine with IPv6. Weird.

I can conclude that it's ipv6 issue with Unifi. It will work fine one minute and not the other minute. The only solution is to disable ipv6 on my edgerouter. I think the ipv6 dns server is timing out.

It's sad until now TM cannot resolve its ipv6 issue.
