Didn't really see a thread for the DST. There's a thread for Hillcrest condo though. What's the price now for this project?

Yeah, will probably go and have a look at the ones you mentioned. But seeing from other threads also seem like Topaz and Bromelia all sold out, as for Lagenda dont really fancy that area and also the pricing a little on the high side for me. But thanks for the suggestions!

Yup the price is 1,168,200 for intermediate unit. End lot 1.6m if not mistaken.
I am one of the buyer if precinct 9.

Initially was looking at hillcrest height and almost signed s&p jor, somewhere around December 2019 hillcrest launch this precinct 9 and then only very limited unit. No show room and nothing to refer to. Last August still got 2 unit loan reject. Dunno now taken already not.
