Hi guys, recently I bought from samsung store malaysia online a tab s7, received it yesterday afternoon but today putting it side by side with my friends tab s7 with exact same settings, my screen has a slightly warmer colour a bit more yellowish hue. I tried changing all my settings but to no avail.

Called up samsung and they asked me to go to service centre but im 1 hour+ drive away from KL so I cant go there for the time being. Any ideas on what to do guys?

Tab s7 is lcd not amoled... slightly yellowish is not avoidable, and it's difficult to prove to the service centre unless ur fren goes with u. Even after replacing the lcd, there's no guarantee that it will be same white as ur fren tab s7...

Maybe one of you have the blue light filter feature turned on?

☹️ Well got slapped by some facts today. So I will have to just suck it up essentially I guess...


I did check that mine and his tablet's blue light feature is off.

Why do you buy S7 though? S6 is better except for SoC ( cpu and gpu)

Because of the better CPU and GPU plus I wanted a tablet that be more future proof and I thought that the s7 would have a longer android support. Well here we are, maybe I should've just stuck with apple...

Not going to be future proof regardless what you do. The only benefit is that Samsung promised at least 3 big Android updates from S6 onwards.

865+ only faster than 855 by 25% at best. Moreover S7 dont have high refresh rate. S6 only going for 2199 during 1111. I think S7 will have a massive price drop soon (expecting big drop around Raya) due to being wifi only.

Hi. How long did it take for the status to change from 'processing' to 'preparing dispatch' to 'on the way'. I placed an order on 24th, received the confirmation email but status is still processing after three days...
