hi guys not sure can ask over here
need some advise where to find info or you all can help me give some summary
am 108 kg
185 cm
waitst 38
si generally i am FAT
went to gym 3 times a week for pas 2 - 3 week. reduce lunch portion
eat breakfast as normal
and reduce dinner significiantly
but my weight never goes down.
any advice here.
