anyone getting alot of spam calls from a list of Singapore numbers? All start with +65 3138 59xx

So far in a matter of 3 days i've gotten from these

+65 3138 5980
+65 3138 5981
+65 3138 5979
+65 3138 5906
+65 3138 5905

When I answered one, it was some mat salleh sounding guy asking if I know of financial services, when I answered no he straight ended the call

any ideas? or any ideas how to report to Singapore authorities?
