When installing awning, ensure the rainwater DOES NOT pour to your neighbour’s house.
Install rain gutter to channel the rainwater towards drainage.
If you need to extend your house, ensure must have clearance of AT LEAST 2 feet from the gate dividing your house & neighbours.
Basic etiquette between neighbours maa.
