I believe this is the case. The awning design is totally cacat one - its obvious rainwater will flow to neighbour house. MPSJ wont do such a thing unless really got multiple complains on the matter already......

normally you can build awning in your own compound without permit council wont kacau one unless got people complain kaw kaw which in this case is directing rain water over to the neighbors house.

I seriously doubt any council will be dumb enough to do such thing unless there is a good good reason, like causing nuisances to others.

Andy is stupid and so does whoever use race and religion to defend their own doing.
