My ex-colleague just went there to work early this month as their engineer team lead.

Heard that the Salary offered is quite good and the benefits are acceptable (eg 13 months Salary, 18 days annual Salary) and may travel to Europe country quite often.

V332, you are right. Err.. the environment are fine for me, in short is pretty much like those Berhad company in malaysia. In term of salary is pretty much depend on the year of experience the person has. Traveling wise I will said are quite often for those people who are doing support or on project basis.

Naleh33, you still actively participate in this job & careers threat. Really appreciate your comments here. So how was your new company ? I guess you are qualify to contribute in of the threat in Job & Careers . You know what i am talking eh. All the best mate.

Ooo, it's ok. Which department are you from? During the weekend I went to see the office and found out that it is quite new. Not really sure about the office size as I just looked from outside only but looks like quite small. I'm guessing all departments are inside that 13 floor office?

Its quite a small company, the interview process is quite simple. You go in, do 10 MCQ question that consist of SQL questions & java. Then meet the HR guys, normal HR questions. After if you pass this you will sit for a 3 hours test (i am not sure about the questions).

Working environment looks ok, not a bad working place it seems but when I was there, one of the lady colleague was scolding one of the guy at there. I am not sure if he didn't do work or what is going on but it doesn't leave a good impression to me imo. If you are working in the customer support dept, they expect you to be on standby 24/7 to answer any customer calls if there is any including weekends. There are opportunities to travel to singapore too what they mention.
