lol. how you know digi and unifi staff not like this?
you've spoken to every digi and unifi staff??

nothing got to do with maxis or any company. its just luck who you meet that day.

Normal la.

I had to bang the stupid payment machine then only a staff would assist me. Stupid machine kept crashing after entering the account number. They claimed to be an upgrading exercise. Yeah right, after a week still like this.

Maxis is No 1 for what? Failures and liars.

that why i call them Maxshit...

back then when Maxis One Plan launched, I am the early subscriber, I tried prepaid plan 1st before sign up the postpaid. Early few weeks was ok, then sometimes can get no signal at all, Maxis said its becoz of tower problem.

In the end fed up and switched out.

you change to digi?
then u unfortunate meet digi lousy staff how?
change until when?

all you can do is file a black and white complain.
atleast this will go up to management.
first you gotta understand that customer service staff are lowly paid. so expect some form of imperfection.

if you think there exist 1 perfect company, then good luck there buddy.

Yes. Maybe the staff is already tired. Serving customers non stop. I think some improvements needs to be done and appreciation needs to be given to the staffs. I went there several times. Not very pleasant experience thou.
