Having problem terminating astro account, Never called me back

Hii,
I got two astro accounts at different houses. Want to terminate one and change one to njoi. The whatsapp no leads no where. Called the call centre, the person said that the person who was in charge of termination will call back Never called back. Any ideas. I don't mind not having both accounts. Just want terrestrial my freeview TV.

Call them every day until you get a call back. Otherwise walk into their center.

Done. On Sunday. After trying for about 30 mins. Only freeview+ Netflix now. Will wait to see how Disney+ is
