And some telcos will deducted/fined dealers if they didnt follow this rules. Many users didnt know about those rules. Or u can register yourself using the apps of telcos if its available. But for sure more details needed, for example selfie. what the issue of watermark? user are watermark use beoneprepaid word not digi maxis selkom umobile word
