Do they even exist? Better if it's a no-shoe socks that can do both because I feel more comfy without shoes due to the shape of my feet.

You need cushioning for running. Running shoe also can be used for training not unless you do heavy lifting.

Just go try different brand/model till u find one that is comfy to ur feet.

How about those toe separated socks? Some marathoners use that? So must be suitable for short distance running as well? My feet can also get blisters from running.

When I see people wear the 5 fingers, there is only 2 extreme side
1. yolo show off they are rich
2. really know their running stuff (less cushioning on shoe means less energy absorbed and you can generate more power from the ground to push you forward)

5 fingers is fine for lifting, it is overprice and not doing its best at lifting. You could just buy a RM3 Mr.DIY socks or go barefoot

Not a runner myself but there is technique on how you land on your toe, your body angle to minimize the impact and generate more power.
What is "training" to you? Powerlifting or bodypump aerobic?
Even you're doing bodybuilding bench press, dumbbell bench press, you still want your feet to be stable than bouncy on the ground.

Generally
Thin sole - minimize absorption so you can drive energy from the ground to the weight
Cushioned - minimize impact, skipping, jumping
Both are opposite world

Lastly, do you need really good shoe for lifting? Imo no, a really thin sole and grippy is sufficient.
If you want face value, buy Nike or UA icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif
