The Share trading in OST.Maybank has changed since a few years ago.

The interface is not as good as last time. Why did Maybank go and change the old interface that we were familiar with? The video below is the old interface.



Is there a short tutorial on how to use this new interface? I tried to play around with new interface but it is poorly designed and not intuitive to use.

Not sure what you're talking about. I still see the interface in the video you shared. Only works on internet explorer though. You need to allow the plugin to work.

I used Google Chrome. Why should the interface be different for different browsers?

Compatibility issues/low IT budget I guess.
IT developers rather focus on the browser which people use the most/easily available.
For example, most company's intranet use Internet Explorer only. Even if you use Chrome/Firefox, it will automatically direct to IE just for that particular website.
