not sudden hair loss, its been a while already. i can see hair thinning. and hair doesnt grow long and fade easily.

most my hair that fade is around 6cm(roughly).

already in mid 30

Probably you rarely clean hair, lots of fatty food in your daily intake. There are treatment to this before it gets too late.

first CLEAN YOUR SCALP DAILY (scalp..not hair)

Most people SHAMPOO their HAIR.. not scalp..

shampoo & massage... don't skip

u already try to change to another brand of shampoo ? can try those anti hair fall shampoo

Many comments on starting the treatment aren't helping. TS, you're right. Go see a dermatologist first.

You have to identify the root cause before commencing any treatment. There are a few causes. It could be due to genes, oil scalp or other reasons so only a doctor can make the correct diagnosis.

NEVER go for those hair care center as it won't curb hair loss.

See a dermatologist, start Finasteride and Minoxidil ASAP. You're going to read a lot about side effects posted by people online but seriously it's really rare to develop. Dont let those comments stop you. These 2 things are the only FDA approved hair loss remedy.

Male matter hair loss is progressive. If you don't do anything now, you'll be at a worse position a year from now.
