I've just received maxis bill statement today. The problem is I've ported out of maxis more than 5 years ago. Try calling them, gave up after 20mins put on hold, also left them a message on whatsapp still no reply. The current charge is zero though but the overdue amount less than rm10 but on bracket. Does that mean negative balance? Should I just ignore it?

in bracket means they owe you $, if you dont claim, they will send the $ to department of unclaim monies

If it's in bracket, it means you overpaid that particular amount

Ok thanks for informing, just wanted to make sure I don't owe them. Its hard enough to contact them for information, I can't imagine how hard asking them for money back.

Agree with this, I just moved on, janji it is not me that owe them money...

just make sure that there is no recurring charges on the account that keeps eating on the excess amount
best is to just go to maxis center and make sure they close the account

I suppose Maxis is doing housekeeping. How long does it take before we can claim it through the egumis ANM portal? For a few cents, I don't feel like going to any Maxis Center.
