Battery won't charge, Only 1-year old battery

Hi all,
I have a iBook G4 1.33ghz running on 10.4.10. As the title suggests, my battery's health is at 89% and it was working fine all this while. Any ideas why and how to fix?  Appreciate any kind response and/or helps. |
