My laptop needs be connected to my office domain but I still want to have a local admin account.

So I have one account for the domain (for work).

But when I create another account, a local admin account, it is still connected to the domain and whatever restriction set by the domain still applies (e.g. cannot use PIN login).

How to I disconnect the local admin account from the domain at the same time still able to log the another domain account for work?

Thank you.

The office domain account (login) is not an admin account.

I have another local account which is an admin account. But it is somehow still bound by the restriction set by the domain, for example I cannot use PIN login.

So is there a way to use the local admin account without the limitation set by the domain? Maybe disconnect the domain only for this local admin account.
