Am i the only one wondering why the heck we give our no. 8 and no. 11 to loanees???!!!

They should be most coveted numbers in most teams, but in arsenal, we give them to loanees.....

Just hope we dont get caught by one of their corners. Open gameplay, it's still 50-50.

Its not good seeing Laca injured though.. we have no good strikers left
*
And both saka and martinelli are out too. We have effectively lost our top 3 forwards, the sparks of our past few matches (bar ESR). Im worried about our next few games - hope it was just minor knocks for them

And to think that we spent more than 100million this season...the songlapness in Arsenal is strong, man! Better than Malaysian politicians!

MARTINELLI!!!

that was some fine fine volley. Havent seen that from our strikers for some time. Whether it was a stroke of luck or not, glad to see our player putting in such beautiful goal again, more so from our almost-forgotten young starlet!

rape allegations strongly suggesting its partey

Yea man, all the hints seem to be pointing to him. Only silver lining for me is that Arteta seems to be smiling alot in all his photos in Germany. He can't be all smiley if his best CM is being charged for rape, can he? lol But Partey not travelling to Germany and been missing from social media for the past few days seem to indicate otherwise.

HIGHLIGHTS | Arsenal vs Sevilla (6-0) | Gabriel Jesus scores a hat-trick on Emirates Stadium debut!

I was wondering why Martinelli was not offside for the 6th goal. Just found out that if you receive the ball at your own half, it won't be considered offside regardless of where your opponent's last man is.

Interesting! Learnt something new even though i have been watching football for over 20+ years!

Can ready comment from axellotact..
Arteta pressing system is dynamic, not every minute need fully pressing, better in stamina and in counter

Same thought. I believe it's more of a tactical reason that we took a foot off the pedal a little after 2 goals up. Probably trying to make things more respectful since we are away at Bournemouth's stadium? The first 15 mins was damm exciting to watch, Bournemouth really could hardly cope with our intensity.

If I have to cherrypick, I'm worried on Eddie. Even with the minutes he picked up the last 3 games, his finishing seems awful. It bothers me that he's our only striker after jesus. I hope he could learn from Jesus from all the training sessions together. 23 years old vs 25 years old, there's a big gap of quality for only 2 years difference.

3 points done. Let's move to the next match!

Darn, we looked off, really off.

I've binge watched all or nothing arsenal the whole weekend. I hope arteta kicks boots at the players during his halftime talk and they come back all motivated.

Let's go again!

Weeee 5 points cushion going into the world cup/winter break.

Has anyone seen Jesus' scoring boots? He just can't get any goal, can he?! But even with his scoring woes, he contributed a lot to our overall gameplay! Well, he's Brazil's problem now. Hope he comes back with all guns blazing after the break.

And zinchenko... Oh my, he seemed like an entirely different player fr the one played for us the first few games of the season.

I personally think that the WC break cannot come at a better time for us!

wait, no one is raging on Nketiah??

Then i will.

Bloody hell, i have no idea why he's so bloody rated in England. He's just not reliable enough to be the main striker. I know he scored the winning goal vs Man United, but come'on that poke in was more a stroke of luck. He just couldn't bring the goal in when it matters the most, and WHEN WE NEED IT! It's bloody obvious when we were still level vs Man United, vs Everton and vs Brentford. Wasted all the good chances, when chances were scarce in those matches!

He's just another Francis Jeffers. Rated and broke English records at Under21, just gone with the wind after that! Please sell him off and get a more clinical striker to deputise Jesus.

Rant end/

To be fair though, he's just part of the reason. Maybe we have really lost our mojo. And the elephant is really falling down the tree soon.....

This is why g.jesus > nketiah by far

G.jesus probably dont score so much but his contribution far exceed anyone

Nketiah literally if nobody serve him a chance on the plate, he will do nothing whole game
*
Yea man, I love that guy. Even though he was not scoring for a string of matches before the world cup, he contributes so much in our games, and I dare say our current standing was definitely partly his effort. Haggling and pressuring and creating space for Saka and Martinelli.

Nketiah on the other hand, is disappointing considering that he's our academy boy.......most frustrating is how he's always complaining on field and his body language when things not going his way.

But arteta just loves Eddie, man. With the bumper new contract and all. Let's hope he's right, I would love to be proven wrong on this.

oh my....

I can't remember if we had ever been so lucky with a winning goal!!! In a come-back match, last few dying minutes!!! Hit the post and bounced off the head of the opposition keeper to the goal line!!

Again and again, Nketiah is really hopeless, and arteta still has a lot of blind faith in him. Sigh. It's so painful to watch him play every match. Gooners in UK please do a petition or something. I'd rather gamble on Trossard or Martinelli as striker till Jesus is back.

Wowww finally nketiah is dropped...

I don't care if it's trossard or Martinelli, as long as it's not nketiah.

It will be a gamble that pays off! Come on you gunners!!!
