Guess why Pepe doesn't play well.. it's because of shitty managing imo. You can look at other players that can't score as well under Arteta. A good manager would be able to do all that and getting the best of the players.
Personally after this season is over, we should sack Arteta, and finally get a really good experience manager instead. Get Allegri tbh, might be able to do something good for us.
