I wouldn't worry too much about Liverpool — they didn’t truly dominate the EPL last season.
Their 84-point finish was one of the weakest performances by a Premier League champion.
In comparison, Arsenal finished with 89 points the previous season but still ended up second behind Manchester City, who had 91 points.

Salah’s performance will be crucial for Liverpool. His goal contributions alone earned the team a whopping 31 points.
Now that his contract saga is over and he has finally secured a new deal, hopefully he’ll be less motivated in the coming season.
Salah is already 34 years old, and his performance is expected to decline, then Liverpool will struggle.

I would be more worried about Guardiola's Man City.
