I'm on JP server but also started playing EN, the daily grind can be easily done as the game dev keeps adding quality of life improvements to the game. To a point that, it saddens me that a feature would not be available to EN server for sometime since they are not doing any accelerated release schedule.

Priconne is one part a long on-going visual novel with voice dialogue
another part, daily grind for equipment/gear/loot to upgrade chara
another part, time limited event (monthly Luna tower and Clan battle, story events)
and finally, gacha
oh ya occasionally they throw in a fully animated cut sense
