I'm planning to whiten my teeth using 22% Carbamide Peroxide or 6% hydrogen peroxide gel since I already have my retainers so I think doing it myself should be easy.



But I couldn't find it locally. E-commerce platforms like Aliexpress and shopee do have it but they have long shipping time because it's from China. In fact, I ordered one and I haven't receive it yet (already past 1 month).. I suspect they may have lost it.

Do you know where to get it in Malaysia? Thanks.

It was just nice that the whitening gel I ordered from Aliexpress arrived after 2 months.. when I thought they've lost it.

Ok, here are the results. Been using it for 1 month ... perhaps applied it 15 times? cos I don't use it everyday. I usually just squeeze the gel onto my retainer and wear it to bed. Already achieved the results that I'm happy with... but still have 7.5 syringes left! Very satisfied. All in all, I only spend about US$8 compared to chairside bleaching at the dentists which usually is above RM1K.

You can see the difference between the front teeth where I apply the gel on and the yellowish teeth at the back which receive little or no gel at all.
