Anybody know how to set the phone when receiving file via bluetooth will directly store into SD card?

I have a problem to ask for help, all the while i'm using my 838pro with DiGi line & Maxis line with another SE phone. Yesterday i swap my 838pro with the Maxis line for while & change back to DiGi again. After that when i receive calls i can't see the incoming call no. Anybody know how to set in order to get back to normal?

I own the 838pro about 10 mths already & all the while i didn't notice the all the button on front keypad whether got light or not? My 838pro the light only appear on the phone on/off button, now would like to check & confirm with your how about the rest of the buttons (pls refer the attached photo the keypad i circle)? Because the warranty going expire so if there is light faulty i may send for warranty.
