damn the whole silver bar top, rght and down to the video call button, smudged and chipped..definitely soft aluminium, can even see the plastic on the inside too......

anyone did cover replacement?? or its cheaper to do skinning only

I really need your advice and help. Ever since i upgraded my OS to WM6, i can't surf internet with my Dopod 838 Pro. I tried reinstalling all Maxis settings but still cannot.

Before the upgrade, I can surf net with it. After upgrade, i cannot do it anymore. Any clues guys?

hello..can anyone giv me a solution for my dopod 838pro..it always hang....even after i hard reset it and when in setting mode it always hang... any solution?? pm me plzz...the problem start when i saw no coverage.. near the coverage bar  got '!'...until now i cannot use it...zzz...hope u all can giv me an advice..

warranty expired..but the sis warranty sticker still hav..how to flash custom rom + radio...need helpp...i dont know wat happen..even after i remove m.card and sim still hang...it can start up..after 10-20sec it start hang...hang means i touch anything in screen no respond,try the power off button oso no response..only reset button can use..but below 10sec everthing seems normal...all button and touch screen functioning..any expert here...can help me?

problem solve...its software problem..hard reset no effect at all...send to shop at lowyat and waiting for 2hour then pay rm200...the shop guy tell me it's cost for repair and software..neway tq all..

i have a problem. at the moment i'm using the 1350mAh battery for my dopod n it only lasts about 4-5 hours. 
problem, coz i have to always connect the dopod to a charger. i also have another battery, which also lasts around the same period of time. 
does anyone know what might have cause the problem? or memang battery dia only lasts that long?

guys, i just hard reset my phone and after all when i want snyc with my pc vista, it show usb device unknow. What should i do actually? Do i need any driver?

but i want to snc the contact and calerdar.. but dont want it to overlap..

is there anyway i can have two outlook account/file??

U know what, i arrive htc service center and wait for 1 hours after that i told them my problem,they took my device and plug in to her lap top and CONNECTED.. lol..    i say it does not make any sense coz i tried slove this problem for one week.. after that i bought a new cable and plug in plus the driver. Problem slove after i end process other program that unuse and install the data cable driver and now everything slove. The main problem that i found out was my usb jack point. I cant plug in too deep or not the computer wont detect my device. Any idea how much if change the jack point? Thanks to anyone that had give me advise. Thanks hangy2k.

i read first page and noticed all those screen alignment issues?
ive used my dopod over 1 year now and now started to die on me.

I've mainly a few problems. First and most annoying is the screen becomes white. Cant do anything except keep on off it. Second is the keypad slides are  very loose now. Third is my green/red button arent working sometimes.

Anyone faced this kinda problem b4? How much rougly to get fixed? Sigh

screen goes black meaning lights go off? u mean automatically switch off when u not using (30 secs?) or using halfway?

If u meant about when u r making calls n the screen goes black, then its normal. all u need to do when u still making a call is to press the power button and .. walah~ ur screen is back

No its not like that. Okay here the case is

As usual when my phone is put idle for a while it'll turn off , and u need to press the power button to activate it right. Then sometimes when i pres the power button, nothing appears in my screen, I press and press nothing happen. Then u can see the power indicator is still blinking. I cant do anything but to reset it by pressing the hole down there with the stylus.

And sometimes when activating , it seems completely shut down and when i press the power button and it shows the start up screen , and the whole PDA is rebooting.

OMG... Is my phone screwed?

i find it very hard to remove my sim card.  Can anyone teach me?
