Hey girls,

I have a question for the frequent online shoppers who buy overseas' brand before and ship using DHL Express.

I know normally DHL express is pretty good in delivery but I heard now because of Covid a lot of borders and shipper is encountering an issue on Shipping. So, want to see if you girls have recently use DHL Express to ship clothing/bags/ shoes in?

I am devoted myself to this brand since the year 2017 because it provides a limited edition, unique designs and good quality .PS, the price is more of expensive range(like one dress cause RM800 or so, top ,cost RM300) .. that's why I normally choose to shop in their physical shop in Shenzhen/Hong Kong whenever I traveled there at least once a year. But now, because of Covid19, I have to find another resource to buy this brand, giving the fact that I need to revamp my wardrobe for Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year

I asked the consultant I used to speak to in the physical shop in Hong Kong and they told me they had recently officially partnered with this Singaporean owned Facebook Shop Elyseenne & Co. to specifically provide their brand in Singapore, Malaysia and US. Good and bad, I would say

To promote their online expansion to Malaysia, Singapore and US, they provide crazy discounts with free express shipping like every other brand does. So, now their stuff is at a cheaper range, ranging for leather shoes RM200, trust me when i say normally their shoes can cost up to RM500 or more.. that's why i normally only buy dress.. The dress now RM160 also have.

The problem is that this shop is more of their online consulting services using live agents through their Facebook Messenger.

So, the process is kind of painful for me because I have to send them the pictures of merchandise I am interested on messenger, wait for their reply about availability, check my size, then they give me a payment link to order..

And, after 1 whole week of chatting with their online agents , they say after I pay.. they can ship it out within a week and will reach me within 5-7 days since they now free DHL Express shipping with the price to promote their expansion.
However, I am not sure about it with Covid..

So, my question is anyone bought from this consulting Facebook Shop before?
or anyone use DHL Express to buy fashion clothing, shoes and bags recently? How's the experience?

I afraid cannot reach me before Christmas and New Year only.. If not, i should only buy my Designer QiPao for CNY only.. Cause it is like less than 2 weeks from now for new year.

^ DHL Express can reach me from one end of the world like Europe to Malaysia within 3 days at most. Assuming they have actual stock from their own warehouse.

I've used both DHL and FedEx International Priority just this month, nothing short of 2~3 days to receive the items. Usually sellers won't use such expensive service anyways to ship items internationally as it's very expensive.

Roger that! This is a luxury brand, so I think they need to use a more secured channel so it's more expensive lo.. Luckily is FREE international shipping then, if not i won't buy it also..
