1. On average, the Dye i4 should cost around 350 for normal ones. and 400+ for limited edition ones.

2. Well, i'm a speedballer, hence i can't tell you which is better.

3. wad do you mean by flexi air system ? care to elaborate ?

4. Which brand are you talking about ?

5. Why are u considering an SPDX in the first place?

thanks for replying.

3. wad do you mean by flexi air system ? care to elaborate ?
usually, the gas tank is attach to the ASA at the bottom of the handle, or to a remote line which most players put it on their back.
Flexi Air System is by RAP4 if i am not wrong & mainly for milsim markers which the gas tank is attach to the rear end of the marker. i think you can understand more clearly if you visit this page:
Flexi Air Systemhttp://www.rap4.com/paintball/os/T68_air_system.php

4. Which brand are you talking about ?
not really sure though, just asking in general about e-grip.

5. Why are u considering an SPDX in the first place?
the SPDX seems like a decent, easy maintainable speedball marker and good for starters. so was asking about it.

just went on my virgin paintball game yesterday in tanah-merah. typically i am a milsim fanatic & will most probably see myself as a recball player. but my girl is more to speedball type, anyway, already got the marker for her. looks like a decent marker for starters as i got it with the starter package mention.

tanah merah was fun. the intense fire fights, squad leader badgering for forward, and the tactical operations all makes it exciting.

Woot, thanks for introducing me to something new, didn't know recball markers can have so many different configuration for the butt stocks.

Generally, the issue of e-grips is not on the grips, but rather, on the marker's design itself.

some e-grip boast that it can do 25 bps etc, but fact is does the body / built of the marker ( usually mechanical ) able to cope with such high rate before it decides to break down ?

SPDX is a very basic marker.. since you've bought it, then enjoy paintball !

thanks...
went to Napshot & Skirmish that day.

they are offering starters package. if you like speedball, have a look at Napshot selling SPDX package. and for those who like milsim, Skirmish offering Tippman Alpha Black Tactical which the starter package is surprisingly quite good.

- Alpha Black.
- Harness.
- Proto EL Switch Goggles.
- 4+1 Harness.
- 3000PSI tank.

less than 1.3k ... quite a value it seems. for those newbie's like me, and a fan of milsim, that is one nice package.

New players looking to get into the sports! I'm selling my equipments as a package that'll give you the edge over your friends.

For only Rm 350, you'll get a Proper Full Head JT Mask, a BT Harness that fits 4 pods & a tank (if you choose to use a remote line) & a Climax Battle Pants to protect you from the evil leeches & nature itself.

I've taken great liberty in maintaining my equipments so you won't get that 2nd hand smell that everyone fears.

Give the link a go if you're interested

The place is called Paintball Valley. Been playing there for almost 1 yrs, my personal opinion, I prefer this place as it is much more jungle compare to the rest.

further more the price is reasonable for newbies (RM80) include lunch + 500 pallets.

BTW we are arranging a night game

Start Time:Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 6:00pm
End Time:Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 1:00amis

Taman Desa Water Park's Car Park Price are as follows:-

The Charges :
If 20 people Rm 165.00 each with 1000 pallet
IF 30 people Rm 123.33 each with 750 pallet
If 40 people and abpve Rm 102.50 each with 500 pallet

Yes, the price is much more expensive that is why we are trying to geather as much ppl as possible to reduce the cost.

Please do let us know if you are interested to join us for the night game!

Note:
If you never try a CQB (Close Quarters Battle) this will be a nice place to start with!

lex safety is allways first... I suggest you try rental units first and know the safety precautions like safety on/of, barrel socks is allways on if leaving the field.. if you are thinking of taking apart your marker.. all units have to depressurised first..  before removing a single screw.. do read the manual fully

I thought private ownership of markers are illegal ??
