Digi free "Unlimited Calls" included "Fixed lines with press extension telephone numbers" or not?

I help ??? ask and I interesting, may I know the "fixed lines" included TM state call like 03-xxxxxxxx

1.)If I call 03-xxxxxxxx, then this robot auto record voice ask me press "1" "select language", then press "2" "what kind service", then "Customer service staff start talk".
Maybe finally number look like 03-xxxxxxxx12
Above mean "Fixed lines with press extension telephone numbers - additional telephone wired to the same telephone line as another" this type call Digi will charge on your monthly bill or free of charge?

2.)If phone location in 06 state but call 03-xxxxxxxx with not extension line, then Digi will charge on your monthly bill or free of charge?

Who's have experience of above, please advice. Thank you for your help.

What number can I call with the 24 hours Unlimited Calls to all networks?
You may make unlimited voice calls to both Digi numbers and all other networks, including fixed lines (excludes video calls, calls to special numbers, toll-free 1-300 numbers, and 121 numbers) within Malaysia.

Thank you for your reply still question No.1?

After call 03, but
a)ask you wait and he/she pass the line to another?
b)start for auto voice, you want press number select language, which service then ... till can talk to real person customer service?

??? ask sale person, the answer is only direct call, normal numbers mobile phone and local call will free, if pass line, after phone add press number, 1800, 1300 this kind will charge on monthly bill?

If can who's experience please advise, thank you for your help.

Yes. Unlimited calls apply to this type of call too. As I replied earlier, all local fixed lines with the pre-fix I posted earlier are applicable for the unlimited voice calls. Hotlines with 03 prefix but eventually get re-directed to overseas call centre such as Cathay Pacific Airways (call will be re-directed to Hong Kong call centre), Expedia (call is re-directed to India) are all included in your unlimited voice call plan because the number you dial is 03 (a Malaysia fixed line).

Thank you for your reply.

I really surprise, cause you reply me and can wrote very deep and detail till explain even if local call like 03 pass to oversea line still free of charge. Why you so expert and very knowledge of this topic? You ask Digi CS before?

Thank you so much, so I try told to ???. If can, you read below, what I understood I turn in my words. Correct or not?

If the numbers start of above list(pre-fix) for an example
010, 011, 012,...
03, 04, 05, 06,...
No matter after phone call you following press/dial/add any numbers (or/and) he/she pass/redial/re-directed/transfer/use extension line then phone what place in this world still free of charge.
The number like 121, 15145, 1300, 1800 and others, this kind will charge on monthly bill, because this kind starter numbers not in list(pre-fix).

Thank you.

They are all from my personal experience in using Maxis, Digi and Celcom unlimited calls over the years. And the Cathay Pacific Airways and Expedia hotlines that get re-directed to their overseas call centre were two of the few examples of my calls to these foreign companies that offer hotline with Malaysia fixed line numbers.

Yes. Transfer or extension don’t matter as long as the number you call is a local fixed line with the prefix mentioned earlier or local mobile numbers. 1800 is toll-free and call to this number is always free. Special numbers that are chargeable - 1300, 1700, 15454 (TNB and SESB hotline) etc.

How do I check if my ad-hoc BOS subscriptions have come with unlimited calls? Can't find any info of it in MyDigi apps.
