Currently looking for my first property. Was considering between D’erica (Central Park damansara) or LBS Bintang Residensi condo (bukit jalil)

I’m not from KL, would appreciate if any Sifus here can give me some advice on the pros and cons of the projects as well as location for investment opportunities in future. Current plan is for own stay.
