Any way to only allow Calls have Ringtone, Other notifications only vibrates?

Hi all, I owned a Huawei P30 and wonders if there's any option to only allow Calls have ringtone sound. Then the other notifications (Whatsapp, Telegram, FB etc) to only vibrate?
I saw few people mentioned "Do Not Disturb" but it cause notifications not to vibrate. Other mentions configure notification settings for each app which is quite a long job. Anyone know solution on this? |

Go to each app (Whatsapp, Telegram, FB etc), either settings and notification setting and set to only vibrate and disable notification sound.
